Paul is patient. He showed me Tiguan. I really like it. Not decided yet about buying it or not because the car is not currently registered yet. Since I have very little knowledge about the process, I would like to make sure everything go smoothly before I buy. Anyway, the customer service I received from Paul is second to none. I am complete stranger to him. Another person also called me. I said someone called me already from your dealership. He also politely thanked me and just hanged up. If other dealers, they will ask you "Who called you". "When will you arrive?" What is your budget?" Finance? Non stop questions before you hang up. Paul is a good listener and never say "No" to all your request. Even though I have not decided yet, I already recommend my friends to them. Yes, looking for a decent car and trustful dealership is not easy. But Paul is very professional.

We met Frank Casa when we went to look at cars. He was not pushy. He answered the million questions we had. There were a couple of minor things that needed doing to the car and true to his word these were all done. He looked after us brilliantly right up till when we drove the car out of the showroom. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a new car.
